Provide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting support to key stakeholders.
Analyse financial performance and deliver comprehensive reports to inform decision-making.
Collaborate with departmental heads to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
Support the preparation of financial statements and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies and policies.
Identify and address variances in financial performance, offering actionable recommendations.
Ensure robust internal financial controls and risk management practices are upheld.
Contribute to ad hoc financial projects as required to support organisational goals.

A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
Proven experience in the not-for-profit sector or similar industries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to engage with stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including advanced Excel skills.
A proactive approach to managing financial challenges and opportunities.
