Interim Finance Business Partner - 3-6 months - Hybrid working - International charity - London

• Provide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting support to key stakeholders.
• Analyse financial performance and deliver comprehensive reports to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with departmental heads to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies and policies.
• Identify and address variances in financial performance, offering actionable recommendations.
• Ensure robust internal financial controls and risk management practices are upheld.
• Contribute to ad hoc financial projects as required to support organisational goals.

A successful Interim Finance Business Partner should have:

• A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Proven experience in the not-for-profit sector or similar industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to engage with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including advanced Excel skills.
• A proactive approach to managing financial challenges and opportunities.
