Job Description

We have an urgent requirement for an Interim Financial Controller to support the ERP implementation project from a finance perspective, along with a company restructure involving the UK and US entities.

The Financial Controller will support the Finance Manager while assuming responsibility for the full financial management of the group of companies, proactively seeking out and recommending to the Board enhancements to the finances and controls of the businesses. Opportunity to secure a permanent contract.

About You

Must have:

Qualified (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) Advanced Excel skills Strong knowledge of UK accounting legislation, such as UK FRS, VAT, payroll, corporation tax, ERP systems Practical experience of setting departmental KPIs
It will be a big plus if you:

Have experience of working in a similar role in an SME Experience and evidence of successfully operating and running the financial operations for a commercial business Have experience of manufacturing ERP systems Worked in a business that has branches in the US

Remuneration

Basic salary 70,000 to 90,000 gross per annum (depending on experience) 24 days' holiday (plus 8 days bank holidays Statutory Pension scheme Bonus scheme depending on profile and contribution.
