Interim Marketing Operations Assistant (FTC - Maternity Cover) Company and Role: You\xe2\x80\x99re a marketing assistant who\xe2\x80\x99s looking to step up into the exciting world of supporting an international bestselling author and prominent New Age thought leader. The Marketing Operations Assistant plays a vital role within our young, dynamic team. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to a wide range of projects, including online and in-person courses and events, ensuring that marketing campaigns are delivered, and liaising with customers and key figures in this field. Please note that this is a temporary 12-month role to cover a team member\xe2\x80\x99s maternity leave. Salary: \xc2\xa325,000+, based on experience Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize content management systems to update website pages, registration software and payment systems
  • Create and send emails using our email marketing platform
  • Responsible for data management within the email marketing platform
  • Handle general administrative tasks for the brand
  • Calendar and meeting management for the brand founder
  • Manage the customer service inbox and reply to PR enquiries
  • Troubleshooting issues with platforms and processes
  • Providing reporting, insight and analysis on key marketing performance measures
  • Draft email newsletter briefs to guide the copywriter
  • Management and moderation of the community platform
  • Work closely with team to feed ideas into the marketing plans and campaigns
Our ideal candidate:
  • 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a marketing or admin operations role
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Process driven, with a systematic approach to getting things done
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a time sensitive environment
  • Experience in marketing operations with knowledge of process creation
  • The ability to problem-solve
Skills/experience
  • Understanding of marketing, communications and digital needs
  • Experience of using email marketing platforms
  • Ideally, experience of creating html emails and landing pages
  • Good understanding of websites & website structure
  • MS Office proficient, ideally moderate level Excel
  • Excellent understanding and use of spoken and written English
