The Senior HR Business Partner role involves providing strategic HR support and partnership to the organisation, ensuring alignment with business objectives. A successful Senior HR Business Partner should have:

• Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven expertise in TUPE, restructures, M&A Activity.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Experience in advising senior leaders and managing employee relations.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
