For our 12-week internship program, CHX is seeking an internship candidate with a passion for property investment, interior design & ops to join our fast growing team.

This internship isn't about "getting experience" or just a placeholder on your CV. The premise of this internship is to progress to a full time role thanks to clear targets and expectations. This is also reflected in our clear career progression and promotion criteria set out from the start - no guesswork or nepotism!

Responsibilities

Interior Design - Conceptualise and execute interior design plans that align with CHX's innovative vision and transform urban living spaces into captivating experiences. Interior Staging - Design, arrange, and stage rooms for maximum renter appeal. Photo & Video - Take charge of photographing and filming our properties, creating high-quality visuals that highlight the unique features and design aesthetics of CHX spaces. Supplier & Contractor Coordination - Liaise with contractors and furniture suppliers to execute turnovers fast. Marketing Support - Supply media assets to marketing for pre-launch demand validation in new locations. Pipeline Management - Keep your pipeline clean, updated, and progressing through Notion + CRM tracking systems. Performance Execution - Hit or exceed your KPIs (rental velocity, renter satisfaction) Market Awareness - Develop a sharp understanding of the London rental market and renter psychology to close more effectively. Training & Development - Complete CHX's performance-driven training modules and use feedback to rapidly improve.

Skills

Extremely organised & diligent person Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and a knack for picking up new tools. Photography & Filming - Skilled in photography and video production is a must. Creative Flair - A strong sense of aesthetics and a keen eye for design. Ability to envision and execute breathtaking interior designs that resonate with our target audience (Young professionals) Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation. Adaptable - Agile in adjusting to new tasks and challenges in a fast-evolving startup environment. Self-Motivation - Highly driven with an entrepreneurial spirit and a relentless pursuit of knowledge and improvement.
