Overview


Here at Future Office we consider ourselves as the Complete Office Solutions, as such we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the development and design of plans, ensuring that all aspects of a clients brief are captured. This position requires a strong understanding of design principles and space utilisation, along with proficiency in various software tools.

Due to our current client base we require all potential staff to obtain Security Clearance

prior

to starting work.

Duties



Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. Develop comprehensive 2 and 3D plans, including concept artwork, design briefs, all whilst working to client budgets. Utilise software tools such as PCon, AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup to create detailed designs and layouts. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform planning decisions. Coordinate with clients, end users, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate project progress.

Skills



Proficiency in PCon, AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office is essential. Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders and clients. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for problem-solving. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A creative mindset with an understanding of design principles is advantageous.
