AXA - Global Healthcare is seeking an Intermediary Governance Lead to establish and maintain a robust governance and control framework across our distribution channels. You'll ensure compliance with regulatory, internal, and partner requirements while driving consistency, transparency, and accountability across all sales and intermediary distribution activities. The role will take ownership of the Quality Assurance team, own audit actions, oversee fair value and distribution practices, and implement broker governance controls to strengthen our governance of the intermediary ecosystem.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
