Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our team constructing high end residential schemes. The ideal candidate will be able to manage costs and procurement on projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget. This role requires a strong understanding of construction along with cost control.

Responsibilities



Procurement of subcontract and supplier packages. Monitor project expenditure and ensure that costs are controlled effectively throughout the project duration. Prepare tender documents and assist in the selection of contractors and suppliers. Negotiate contracts and agreements with subcontractors to secure favourable terms. Perform regular site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers

Qualifications



A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is not essential Proven experience in the residential construction industry is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients and team members. Proficiency in relevant software applications for cost management and reporting.
