One of the UKs leading specialist surveying consultancies is seeking an ambitious Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving London office-just a short 5-minute walk from Liverpool Street Station.
The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a close-knit team of 20 professionals and be exposed to a broad range of projects, primarily in the bustling Residential sector-ranging from high-rise developments to bespoke low-rise schemes, with project values up to 340m.
Alongside this, they do also get involved in other sectors such as Industrial & Commercial and are trying to break into new sectors moving forward. So, theres no shortage of opportunities to diversify & keep things interesting.
The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Requirements
As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will ideally have:

  • A RICS Accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
  • Previous Residential sector experience is highly desirable but not crucial
  • Basic Pre & Post Contract experience
