Are you passionate about transforming outdoor spaces and building lasting client relationships? Here at Growtivation we're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Internal Account Manager to join our committed, eager and growing Sales team based in Lancing.





Reporting to our Sales Manager you will work alongside our current Internal Account Manager and be responsible for internal sales support and servicing customer accounts, including sales calls, orders and quotes, providing personal assistance and office backup to the Key Account Manager.

What we offer:




Role Type: Full-time 40 hours per week + 1hour break - Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm Salary: 35,000 to 37,500 depending on experience Discretionary Bonus Scheme Free on site parking Immediate start available



Duties and Responsibilities




Actively making telesales calls to existing customers and prospects, sending any necessary mailings (post or email) and recording all details on the HubSpot System. Preparing proposals (quotes) for existing customers and prospects as a result of a telesales call, an incoming enquiry or an instruction from a Key Account Manager. Receiving incoming sales enquiries and actioning/responding to them. Taking incoming sales orders by telephone. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound phone calls and emails. Understand customer needs and requirements. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest. Maintain and expand our database of prospects within your assigned territory. Working closely with other departments such as marketing, customer service and operations to ensure seamless customer experience.



Required Experience/Skills




Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail Proven inside Sales experience Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively Working with HubSpot or similar CRM Proficient use of Microsoft Office including corporate productivity and web presentation tools
