About the Role:
We're seeking a proactive, customer-focused individual to help drive revenue growth by:
Reactivating dormant accounts
Generating new business opportunities
Supporting both existing and new customers throughout the entire sales journey
In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional service that reflects Morris Leslie's family values, while ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth
by reactivating dormant accounts and identifying new business opportunities through proactive phone and email engagement.
Confidently generate leads
, both warm and cold, to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
Grow existing customer accounts
through targeted campaigns, tailored solutions, and project-based initiatives.
Oversee the onboarding process
for new customers, ensuring a smooth, professional, and consistent experience.
Deliver outstanding customer service
, upholding Morris Leslie's family values in every interaction.
Maintain accurate CRM records
, ensuring all customer information, activity, and communications are fully up to date.
Manage the complete sales cycle
, from initial enquiry through to first hires and beyond.
Build and nurture strong relationships
with all customers to encourage long-term loyalty and repeat business.
Collaborate effectively
with external sales teams and operational staff across the depot network to ensure seamless customer support and delivery.
