An exciting opportunity has become available for a dynamic, ambitious, business minded professional to join our team at ABC to support our Business Development Director. This role will involve generating leads within our market and is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and rapidly growing financial service provider.

Main responsibilities:

First point of contact for introducers Generating leads within our market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Follow up new business opportunities and setting up meetings for the Business Development Director. Undertake research into specific towns prior to setting up appointments. Research and build relationships with new clients. Provide backup including answering telephone calls, texts and emails for the Business Development Director when brokers are seeking terms Ensure that data including tracking of calls, correspondence and visits are accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM system Attend and contribute to sales meetings Send broker packs out and follow up Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.

Requirements:

Dynamic, ambitious, business minded professional, preferably with experience within the bridging finance sector Must have some experience in finance or property Min 2 years' experience generating leads Capable of self-generating leads, and 'opening doors' with brokers Proven track record in achieving new business and selling services ideally to brokers Detailed knowledge of the bridging market is highly desirable. Commercially aware with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Negotiation skills Independent, organised and able to work on your own initiative, with a flexible approach to work. Enthusiasm, drive and passion with a strong desire to 'win' new business. Good Computer skills Full driving Licence

Pay: 33,000.00-43,000.00 per year
