The role is a 6 month FTC and full time hours
Hybrid working arrangements - ideally 1-2 days per week in the office

Your future, your role
As an Internal Communications Coordinator, you'll be:
Coordinate and deliver internal communications through a variety of channels including email, intranet (wisdom*), newsletters, video, and digital signage. Support the execution of communications campaigns linked to business strategy, cultural initiatives, and operational priorities.
Maintain and manage the internal communications calendar using Microsoft Planner to ensure consistency, coordination, and timely delivery.
Help develop and manage intranet content -- drafting copy, sourcing media, and maintaining functional areas to ensure accuracy and engagement.
Work closely with business teams to gather information, translate updates into compelling communications, and manage content approval workflows.
Support reactive communications to address urgent or business-critical updates.
Act as a communications lead on cross-functional projects -- attending meetings, developing comms plans, and supporting delivery across teams.

Your skills
Strong background in internal communications, ideally within a multi-site or customer-facing organisation.
Experience writing content for internal engagement, campaigns, operational updates, and senior leaders.
Hands-on experience managing or contributing to an intranet platform.
Confidence in using a range of comms tools and platforms -- including email platforms, CMS/intranet systems, and video/digital comms.
