Job Description


We are currently seeking a dedicated and creative Internal Communications Executive to join our PR and Communications team, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our colleague and franchise business owner communities are well-informed and engaged with company initiatives.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • We are a culture driven business, putting our people at the heart of everything we do, and your role will be central to the engagement of our support team colleagues and Travel Counsellors, helping to ensure that all internal stakeholders are clear on the vision and strategy as a business, underpinned by living and breathing our core company values
  • You will be well versed in a multi-channel approach to internal communications, crafting and delivering messaging and stories via our digital platforms including our central community platform, information hubs, webcasts, e-newsletters and digital screens, alongside in person events such as Town Halls and conferences
  • Working closely with the People team to support our colleague engagement strategy and how we are delivering on our Colleague Promise in building a community of happy and fulfilled people, who are proud advocates of our brand and feel empowered and supported to be the very best they can be. This includes collaborative ownership of our colleague communications channels and initiatives such as leading our Culture Champion sessions and colleague events
  • A key element of the role will involve you taking control of the company\xe2\x80\x99s internal TV broadcasts, used as a key communications tool to engage our people and keep them informed and updated. You will be responsible for maximising the creative output and coordinating schedules, taking ownership for global TV production, working closely with our In-house Studio Team
  • Reporting into the Head of Communications and working closely with the senior leadership team to help drive key messaging cascade and engagement, producing and facilitating regular company and performance updates
  • Supporting each department in delivering key messages, developments, and activity to the wider internal audiences, using your own ideas and creativity to engage and encourage the adoption of our support platforms and behaviours that will drive global growth for the business
  • You will need to be tech savvy and able to leverage the power of digital technologies to drive engagement, being data driven in using metrics and stakeholder sentiment to ensure we are delivering impactful and feedback led internal communications across the business

Essential Skills

Skills and Experience required:
  • A team player with significant experience within this field, ideally in an in-house position, with a proven track record of success in delivering and executing internal communication strategies.
  • Digitally savvy and experience working with communication, content and collaboration technology to deliver key messaging and drive engagement
  • A passion for people and culture, with excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence and ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all times and at all levels, globally
  • Experience of delivering engaging multi-platform internal communications across a business
  • Excellent writing skills to produce engaging and informative content in line with the brand voice and company culture
  • Ability to storyboard video content and programme schedules, working closely and collaboratively with the studio production team.
