We are looking for an organised, reliable, and customer-focused individual to support our Business Development team. This role is primarily administrative and coordination-based, helping ensure customer accounts are managed efficiently and that the sales team can focus on developing new and existing business.

You will play a key role behind the scenes, handling day-to-day admin tasks, managing customer information, preparing documentation, and acting as a point of contact for routine queries. You will be interacting with existing customers, with an emphasis on support, accuracy, and service.

Responsibilities

:

Fully understand the customers business to become a trusted advisor Collaborate closely with the external Business Development team to provide internal support, including order processing, quotation preparation, customer follow-ups and CRM management Join video meetings with customers, where applicable Prepare and book meetings with customers Communicate meeting action points back to the customer, and follow through to a sale alongside Business Development Arrange samples to be sent and follow up Prepare quotations and proposals for customers and follow up Track all opportunities and tasks through Pipedrive & methodically follow up Review sales reports and identify up/down trends with sales and profit Proactively find opportunities to upsell Deal with all your customers queries fast and effectively Manage customer complaints though the company process and follow up if applicable Meticulously use company systems in place and follow company procedures: OrderWise, Complaints Tracker, Pipedrive Be a team player, positive contributor and be hungry for sales! General office duties where applicable eg. Order processing, phone answering and any other duties as required
