We're now looking for a passionate and people-focused

Team Leader

to join our hospitality team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and want to help shape the service experience in one of Exmouth's most exciting venues, this could be your next step.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading shifts and supporting day-to-day front-of-house operations Motivating, mentoring, and guiding team members to deliver excellent customer service Ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff Assisting with training, rotas, stock control, and cash handling Acting as the go-to person for customer queries and resolving minor issues confidently Supporting the Unit Manager with compliance, service standards, and team development

What We're Looking For

Hospitality or customer service experience Strong leadership skills and confidence to supervise a team Calm, organised, and positive attitude in a busy setting Flexible approach - able to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays A team player who's passionate about great service and making people feel welcome

Desirable (but not essential):

Supervisory experience in a hospitality setting Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate First Aid at Work qualification Familiarity with till systems and bar/cafe operations
