We are looking to recruit a new team member to support training practices and their students, both in the workplace and within the college environment at our Huntingdon Centre. This varied role offers the opportunity to contribute to the profession by enhancing the quality of workplace training and assessment across both the Level 3 Diploma and BSc degree programmes.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, self-motivated, well organised, have excellent communication skills, enjoy working as part of a team yet be able to work independently.

Key areas of the role:



Supporting students and their Clinical Coaches to understand and achieve the requirements of the awarding organisation and programme of study. Maintaining the high standards of competence through monitoring of portfolio evidence. Providing high quality Information, Advice & Guidance to help students and stakeholders make informed decisions. Ensuring that students are safe and their well-being is being considered in the workplace and all aspects of college life. Promoting the College, our programmes, and our profession. Ensuring that our students are treated fairly and have equality of opportunity in an unbiased environment.
