Kingdom Academy is a national training provider which supports businesses in training and apprenticeships.
We are looking for a positive, high functioning and energetic apprenticeship and quality specialist, preferably with social housing experience and knowledge and experience of apprenticeship assessment standards and qualification assessment frameworks to internally quality assure a variety of teaching, learning and assessment practices. The successful candidate should be driven to exceed the highest performance and quality expectations. This role will also support the safeguarding team and have an understanding of safeguarding legislation and practices.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Achieve quality team and individual KPIs including SLA for summative requests, formative sampling, OTLAs and other quality activity such as deep dives
Ensure staff are supported with relevant training and information to achieve service success and promote improvement through the organisation
Support teams and individuals accordingly with development through a variety of quality activities such as OTLAs, deep dives, IQA sampling, standardisation activity and attendance to appropriate meetings
Support the development and implementation of processes, training and assessment materials, e-portfolio systems, and other services essential to support the learner
Ensure all apprentices have a high quality and complaint portfolio of evidence to meet the requirements of EPAOs, AOs, Ofsted, DFE and other external regulators
Attend meetings with the delivery team to support the timely achievement of learners as required
Support staff with timely achievement of the functional skills of learners including quality assurance activity (as required), and ensure literacy and numeracy development throughout learner journey
Ensure own CPD is up to date, relevant and complimented with appropriate support resources, including staff development plans
Liaise with all customers, internal, external, learners, employers and colleagues at Kingdom Academy as required
Support the Senior Leadership Team as required with external regulatory audits such as EQA and Ofsted visits
Produce regular reports on all activity as required

Resolve any issues that arise to ensure clients are satisfied, and where appropriate to liaise with relevant Kingdom Academy Staff and Associates and Tutor Mentors to resolve these issues.
Requirements for the role:
As this is a working from home role Kingdom Academy will provide all the IT equipment needed to do the job.
The successful applicant will need a suitable environment to be able to fulfil their professional duties 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday.

Experience
Working in an adult education environment including apprenticeships
Use of learner management systems
Mentoring and supporting learners and staff
Relevant quality assurance experience and qualifications
Relevant safeguarding experience and qualifications
Proficient in the practices of assessing learner work
Supporting timely achievement of learners
Professional Qualifications
CAVA/TAQA (essential)
Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance qualification (essential)
Level 3 Award in Education and Training (essential)
Level 2 or above CIH Certificate in Housing (desirable)
Level 2 or above Leadership and Management/Coaching qualifications (desirable)
GCSE English and Maths Level 2 (essential)
Skills
An effective verbal and written communicator at several levels
Competent at using Microsoft Packages including excel and Teams
Process and compliance driven
Takes ownership on data driven measurable results
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Able to manage a busy workload, organised and has a proactive and flexible approach to working
