About Us

Allsafe Scaffolding are a well-established scaffolding company based in Banbury, operating across Oxford, the Midlands, Nottingham, Derby and surrounding areas. With a growing pipeline of projects, we're looking for a part-time recruiter to help us scale our workforce across multiple locations.

Role Purpose

To actively manage and expand our internal candidate database, using modern recruitment tools and outreach strategies to ensure we have access to reliable, qualified scaffolders and site operatives across our working regions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain our existing recruitment software/platforms Source, screen, and add scaffolders and operatives into our internal system Market vacancies across multiple channels (job boards, social media, WhatsApp, forums, etc.) Reach out to our existing workforce for referrals and leads Conduct outreach to candidates currently working in the industry Target and recruit in specific regions as directed by the operations team Report on data, candidate trends, shortages, and sourcing performance Work flexibly, including evenings or weekends, to connect with potential candidates

About You

Experience in construction, trades, or industrial recruitment preferred Confident using digital tools (e.g. job boards, recruitment CRMs, WhatsApp, Facebook Jobs) Able to work independently and able to take direction from and report to higher management People-first mindset - you enjoy speaking with workers and building trust Strong organisational and communication skills Comfortable taking ownership of recruitment activity

Pay: 16,500.00-18,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
