We are searching for a talented and motivated individual to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional to make a significant impact on our organisation's growth and success.



You will be a skilled, proactive and target-driven individual with excellent negotiation skills, strong networking abilities, adaptable to changing recruitment landscapes with a commitment to diversity and inclusive hiring practices. You will manage our full-cycle recruiting processes, identifying current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings online, designing employee referral programs and make the CWC Group an employer of choice within the care sector.



This is a critical role responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to support the organisation's growth and strategic objectives. To be successful in this role, you will have experience in sourcing and evaluating candidates. You will be a proactive and strategic talent acquisition professional who can effectively manage the full recruitment lifecycle.



You will utilise recruitment marketing to showcase our company culture, mission and values on social media platforms. You will attend and organise career events at schools/universities to attract early career talent. Ultimately, you will help us strengthen our employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience.



Key Responsibilities:



Talent Acquisition Strategy


Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies Create compelling job descriptions and job postings Identify and target potential candidates through multiple channels Build and maintain a robust talent pool for current and future opportunities

Candidate Management and Tracking


Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding Utilise recruitment dashboards to track open and closed positions Filter and customise applicant tracking views Evaluate candidates using systematic assessment methods Manage candidate profiles and documentation Track candidate progress through multiple interview stages

Sourcing and Candidate Engagement


Leverage multiple sourcing channels including:
+ Professional networking platforms (LinkedIn, etc.)

+ Job boards

+ Social media platforms

+ Professional networks and referrals
Conduct initial candidate screenings, support on interviews when required Maintain communication with potential candidates Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Technology and Process Management


Utilise advanced recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems Configure email notifications for different hiring stages Send automated communications to candidates and hiring managers Customise application forms and manage application field visibility Integrate recruitment systems with third-party platforms

Reporting and Analytics


Generate comprehensive recruitment reports Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, etc.) Analyse recruitment data to improve hiring strategies Maintain recruitment process documentation and compliance

Stakeholder Collaboration


Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs Provide recruitment consultation and advice Align recruitment strategies with organisational goals Participate in workforce planning discussions

Essential Criteria:


Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment Strong understanding of recruitment best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR technologies Good digital literacy and social media recruiting skills Experience with diverse recruitment methods Data analysis and reporting capabilities Full UK driving licence

Desirable Criteria:


Professional recruitment certification (e.g., CIPD) Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Knowledge of employment law and hiring regulations Industry-specific recruitment experience Experience recruiting international candidates

Technical Competencies:


Advanced MS Office/Excel skills Applicant Tracking System (ATS) expertise LinkedIn Recruiter HRIS systems

Working Conditions:


Office-based with a requirement for travel (within NI) High-energy, fast-paced environment Regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders
