The Role

Our team here at nDreams is growing and growing fast! We need a motivated Internal Recruiter to help deliver that growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the overall recruitment experience of nDreams and ensure we provide the best possible experience for all candidates.
  • Be a knowledgeable and welcoming face for everyone inside the business on recruitment matters.
  • Develop an understanding of market rates and conditions within the Games sector, and advise hiring managers with the preparation of adverts and documentation.
  • Use LinkedIn (amongst other sourcing platforms) to identify potential candidates, and build a network and pipeline of diverse talent for our
studios. * Carry out day to day recruitment activities on our application tracking system (Workable)
  • Screen potential candidates to ensure great fit, and strong skills alignment for the parameters of each role.
  • Write clear and concise screening notes, ensuring our applicant tracking system and our hiring teams are kept up to date.
  • Be ultimately responsible for a smooth, efficient, and quick interview process across all the roles that have been assigned to you to handle.
  • Attend games recruitment events to attract talent to nDreams.
  • Work on advertising campaigns and events with Publishing and the Head of Recruitment.
  • Help to shape and refine the recruitment processes by continually improving the way we hire.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required by the CPO and Head of Recruitment.
Requirements:

Essential capabilities
  • Demonstrated recruitment experience in a fast paced environment
  • Experience managing an end to end recruitment process
  • Proven stakeholder management skills
  • Strong sourcing experience
  • Experience working with application tracking systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Adaptability, accountability and willingness to troubleshoot
  • Good understanding of various forms of social media, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise your workload effectively and independently
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • The desire to learn and develop
reliable and dependable, with a positive attitude * In-house recruitment experience at a growing company
  • You already have a good, diverse network of talent within the Games industry
  • Experience with Workable
  • Solid Microsoft Excel skills, and comfortable using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • You\'re a gamer yourself
