Job Description


This is a great opportunity to join our recruitment team as an In-house Recruiter based at our newly renovated head office in Thame. Up to \xc2\xa328,000k per annum DOE, Bupa healthcare, generous holiday allowance, hybrid working.

Ideal location: Thame, United Kingdom, OX9 (Optional hybrid working available: 3 days office 2 days home)

The role:
You will be working within an in-house Recruitment team who recruit people into field roles across the UK for some of the biggest brands in the world. You\'ll responsible for having great conversations over the phone/video (Teams) with potential future talent!

You will enjoy working at pace and working across multiple roles and clients. Great teamwork and collaboration with your colleagues and line manager will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages the end to end recruitment process (shortlisting, conduct phone/Teams interviews) following guidelines to support the business and client branding.
  • Working with hiring managers to ensure we\'re using the best eye-catching marketing material for candidate generation.
  • Uses a variety of sourcing methods including advertising, proactive searching on LinkedIn and CV databases
  • Creates a superb candidate experience and effectively manage applicant pipelines.
  • Being proactive and thinking of solutions to recruitment challenges
  • Communicating with stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure the profile and process is fully aligned

  • Willingness to work collaboratively within the team and support with ad-hoc tasks where necessary
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and IT literate - including Outlook, Word and Excel

  • Previous recruitment experience is highly desireable.
