About the role
This role will be instrumental in ensuring our residents receive the highest level of service by helping us bring the right talent through our doors. You will provide essential support to the HR team, ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process.
Duties will include:
Acting as the primary point of contact for candidates, including sourcing, screening and providing feedback.
Working closely with all levels of internal stakeholders at each stage of the recruitment process.
Following established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.

About you
We are looking for someone with:
Experience in internal recruitment or talent acquisition.
Proficiency in digital HR data management and IT systems.
Excellent attention to detail.
A strong regard for equity and diversity.
The ability to organise and prioritise their workload effectively.
Clear communication skills, both oral and written.
