Role Description Internal Recruiter Location: Hybrid - Meetings held 2-3 times per month in our Support Centre based in Northampton with flexibility to attend meetings in the office when required. Rodericks Dental Partners are on a journey to become the leading dental services provider in the UK. Role overview With the focus on people, the recruitment function are the key enablers for success. The Recruitment Lead will support the Recruitment Manager to implement, improve and oversea the recruitment strategy for employed support roles within the business. You will provide an outstanding candidate and hiring manager journey from vacancy briefing to offer management. The Role
  • Managing Head Office and Management vacancies from vacancy briefing to offer
  • Facilitate an excellent candidate journey.
  • Build excellent working relationships with Operations Managers and Heads of Department throughout the business
  • Gatekeeper of employer brand, ATS adoption and robust selection across the business
  • Assessing recruitment processes, identifying and implementing changes to ensure both continuous improvement and a progressive recruitment mindset
  • Data management
  • Working with the HR team to improve onboarding processes

Skills & Experience
  • Recruitment experience \xe2\x80\x93 ideally gained recruiting head office functions
  • Experience of working internally for a multi-site or healthcare organisation would be advantageous.
  • Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate journey and hiring manager experience
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Experienced with ATS, CRM and other candidate engagement platforms / software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to successfully partner with employees throughout all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to be agile and flex with the needs of the organisation
  • High level of enthusiastic professionalism
  • Solutions oriented
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft programs; Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Willingness to embrace and embody the new culture and values the organisation is developing
  • Committed team player with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively and prioritise workload with high levels of drive and resilience.
