Internal Recruiter

(Sandbach Literary Institute Hightower CW11 1AE).
In this exciting role, you won't have to post any job adverts and you'll even have someone manage the campaigns and budgets on job boards. You will focus on screening and calling candidates, conducting face to face interviews, offering candidates a role and ensuring we hire as many passionate care staff as possible, ensuring they have an excellent recruitment journey with us.

Salary:
25,000 - 26,000 Depending on Experience.
Extra salary benefits:
We have an excellent Retention Bonus Scheme when a candidate stays 90 days and completes their probation period.
Working Hours:
This is a 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday role, assisting with on-call duties when required and weekend hours when needed for job fares etc.

Key responsibilities:
Calling people who have applied to work with us (within 24 hours of their application)
Updating and keeping on top of our recruitment systems
Following up on people you have left voicemails with
Conducting face to face interviews
Offering staff a role and being in charge of the complete recruitment journey - from calling people on the phone, to inviting people in for a face to face interview and keeping candidates updated during their onboarding process.
Keeping on top of data and looking to hit your KPI's of hires per month.
You will be looking after new starters reference checks and helping to manage the candidates DBS (police checks)
Working closely with our Care Managers where you will update the team every week on the progress of recruitment and start dates for new staff.
