We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join the HR and Recruitment team based at our head office in Walsall Wood, West Midlands. This role is extremely varied, not only do we recruit and onboard new drivers on a weekly basis but will also play a part in the expansion of other areas of the business. This would suit someone who loves the candidate side of recruitment but would like to move away from sales. Solid recruitment experience is a must, along with good attention to detail and ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment.

Duties include:

Writing and posting job adverts Telephone interviewing candidates Compliance checking of employees/ sub-contractors Continually developing the recruitment strategy Working with the HR & Recruitment Manager to improve the onboarding process.
