Working as part of established People & Culture Team we are looking to hire an Internal Recruitment Assistant to join our onsite recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity ideal for either a recent college leaver/graduate or someone with some HR Admin experience looking to develop their career in the recruitment field.

Providing Admin Support for Recruitment Campaigns
Required Skills for an Internal Recruitment Assistant:
Previous Recruitment Experience not essential
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent interpersonal skills, to build rapport with candidates
Ability to work on your own initiative
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks
Team-oriented yet also able to work autonomously
