Are you passionate about hiring staff that make a real difference in your local community? Home Carers Liverpool are a leading provider of domiciliary care in the Merseyside area, and we are looking to add to our recruitment team!

Location: Liverpool Innovation Park, 9 Rathbone Rd, Edge Ln, Fairfield, Liverpool L7 9NN

Job type: Full time permanent

Salary: Dependent on experience

What does a day in the life of our recruitment team involve?

1. Contacting applicants in a friendly and prompt manor

2. Scheduling and conducting interviews for our domiciliary care positions

3. Guiding the candidates through our compliance processes

4. Conducting right to work checks

5. Managing our applicant tracking system

6. Working collaboratively with other departments in the branch

7. Representing Home Carers at recruitment events across the region

8. Maintaining our high standard of compliance for our new starters

What are we looking for in our new recruitment officer?

1. Previous experience in either internal or agency recruitment (Health and social care experience would be beneficial!)

2. Experience using an ATS

3. Understanding of recruitment compliance (right to work, references, employment law)

4. Right to work in the UK (Full time)

5. Confident with meeting new people, with the ability to quickly build positive relationships

6. Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
