manufacturing company based in Glossop.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business.

Salary: upto 30,000

Hours of work: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

Our client is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Coordinator who is driven and

motivated and has the ability to grow and develop relationships and generate new

business.

Responsibilities:

To be responsible for your customer accounts To be accountable for your sales pipeline To gain new business by being proactive To maintain and further develop profitable sales Strive to exceed targets set by sales manager To maintain ZOHO CRM in line with procedures To provide consistent & excellent customer service during visits, phone calls,
emails & all correspondence

To live and promote the company values To meet or exceed KPI's Creating customer quotes and processing customer sales orders via ZOHO
Experience:

Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers via
telephone calls and emails

Keeping ZOHO CRM up to date with sales information in line with procedures Using ZOHO 'Tasks' to manage your time and making sales calls accordingly Ensuring your 'existing' business is on 'order reminder' for pipeline purposes Seek 'new' business, whether it is new products from existing customers, or new
customers

Responding to incoming email enquiries and phone enquiries Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales Gathering market and customer information Negotiating price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers

Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with
quotations

Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy Advising on forthcoming product developments Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the administration
office in line with the procedure

Liaising with the administration office to check the progress of existing orders Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets Attending sales meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues Assisting with sales initiatives and projects
