Internal Sales Account Manager
to join a leading Flexible Plastics company based in the South East. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a dynamic and growing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and cultivate relationships with key customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and growth
Calculate and prepare accurate quotations for clients
Understand client needs and provide effective solutions tailored to their requirements
Proactively contact potential new customers to expand the client base
Handle customer enquiries efficiently, including preparing quotations and resolving issues
Take full ownership of your account performance, ensuring targets and results are met or exceeded
Candidate Requirements:
Experience working in an internal sales or customer service role
Experience in the Flexible Plastics industry is preferred but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
Ability to understand client needs and present suitable solutions
