Sales Administrator / Sales Support Specialist

to join our team at our Congleton facility.

The Role

As a

Sales Administrator

, you'll play a vital role in supporting our

sales operations

and delivering exceptional

customer service

. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing

sales quotations

for incoming enquiries using

Microsoft Business Central ERP

Communicating with

suppliers and customers

via phone and email Managing

order processing

from entry through to invoicing Keeping customers informed on

delivery status

Handling internal project orders, scheduled deliveries, and payments Performing general

administrative support

tasks

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

Accurate and reliable

with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude Experienced in

sales and customer service within a B2B environment

Essential skills:

Strong literacy and numeracy Competence with

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Familiarity with

ERP systems

(Microsoft Business Central experience is a plus) Flexibility and professionalism in handling tasks
