We are a growing company in the manufacturing and packaging industry, committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our clients. We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Internal Sales Administrator to join our team and support our sales operations from within the office.
Job Summary
The Internal Sales Administrator will play a key role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations and excellent customer service. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent telephone manner, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with CRM systems and computers.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound phone calls to prospects and existing clients
Quotations provided accurately and efficiently
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
Provide administrative support to the sales team and account managers
Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
Assist in preparing sales reports and documentation
Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure order fulfilment
Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and payments as needed
Ensure internal systems and documentation are kept up to date
Contribute to improving internal sales processes
Key Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or internal sales support role preferred
Good computer literacy, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience using a CRM system (training can be provided)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
