We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team and play a important role in ensuring smooth sales operations at our new Corby site. If you have previous experience in an office environment and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting, this could be the perfect role for you.

Sales Administrator

Key Responsibilities:



Process sales enquires efficiently via email and phone, ensuring each sales order is handled accurately and in a timely manner. Offer general administrative support to the sales team, including reporting and assisting with various tasks as needed. Confirm sales order details and invoices to ensure all data is correct and compliant with company standards. Work with our transport team to address delivery issues and ensure timely service fulfilment. Keep sales records, customer details, and manage our internal sales system. Stay updated on legislation, company promotions, and updates to share accurate information with customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, providing professional and prompt responses.

What We're Looking For:



Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-first mindset. Strong organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Previous experience in a sales administration is highly desirable. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Google Applications, and the ability to quickly learn new systems. Ability to work autonomously while also contributing to a collaborative team environment. A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
