Job Type: Full-time 40 hours per week, permanent contract



TLA Distribution Ltd are a well-established diverse business and an ever-growing company with over 90 employees across 5 branches throughout the UK, our team of dedicated, knowledgeable staff provide excellent technical support to our customers for automation and control products throughout the industrial electrical industry. We believe that our friendly, supportive atmosphere with ongoing training makes our team the best.

As we expand the company, we are looking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic Internal Sales Administrator, based at our Leeds Branch. This opportunity would suit someone who has previous experience in the industry, but if you are wanting to start your career in sales, we would welcome your application.

This role includes.

Dealing with enquiries, orders, customer queries and aftersales. Microsoft Word, Excel Answering daily telephone calls Cross-selling, up-selling. Advising customers on products, deliveries etc. Ability to manage multiple tasks and enquiries simultaneously Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and develop strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will also play a key part in general office administration and act as a first point of contact for many of our customers and visitors. The successful applicant will be working in a strong team where they are helpful, collaborative and will provide further training and support where needed.
