The Pinewood Group is looking for an
experienced Sales Administrator
to join our friendly and fast-paced team. This is a hands-on role that blends
customer service, sales support, and general office administration
-- ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales Support
Handle incoming calls professionally, take accurate messages, and transfer to the right team members
Respond to customer and sales enquiries promptly and effectively
Request prices and lead times from suppliers to prepare accurate estimates
Confirm delivery dates and keep customers updated on orders
Process sales orders and generate quotes using our internal systems
Log activity in our
CRM system
and maintain accurate records
Chase supplier orders weekly and liaise with couriers for collections or replacements
Prepare and send out fabric swatches and samples
Office & Administrative Support
Create product codes and upload new items to our
CMS
Supporting the accounts department with debtor chasing and order processing
Manage daily post (collection and drop-off)
Replenish office supplies (milk, coffee, stationery, etc.)
Greet visitors warmly and offer refreshments
Provide cover and support for colleagues during holidays or busy periods
About You
Proven experience ideally 3 years plus in a
Sales Administration, Customer Service, or Office Support
role
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Confident phone manner and strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage your workload independently
Familiarity with
CRM systems
and standard office software (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.)
