Our other division Blackburn Conveyors manufactures, installs, and repairs bespoke conveyor systems. Renowned for our commitment to innovation and technical solutions, we serve a wide range of industries including food processing and manufacturing.
The Opportunity:
As an Internal Sales Administrator at Techbelt, you will be instrumental in supporting our Technical team and ensuring seamless operations within our sales processes.
Order Management:
Accurately enter customer orders into the Sage system for timely processing and fulfillment.
Maintain organized records of orders for efficient tracking and reference.
Quotation Generation:
Prepare and promptly email quotations to customers, ensuring clear and comprehensive details on products and pricing.
Customer Communication:
Handle inbound telephone calls from customers courteously and professionally, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, fostering positive relationships through effective communication and support.
Develop and nurture relationships with new and prospective customers, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements
Payment Processing:
Facilitate secure and efficient customer card payments over the phone, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
Interdepartmental Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments such as production, sales and shipping to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve issues.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment in serving customer needs.

What We're Looking For:
3-5 years previous experience in sales support or customer service, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and contribute to continuous improvement.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure efficient sales operations.
