Stormguard is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Assistant to join our team at Regency Mill. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and a desire to grow within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service in line with company standards
Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Communicate order and despatch details to customers and internal teams
Support the external sales team with customer insights and feedback
Resolve customer queries in a timely and effective manner
Maintain accurate records of queries and credits
Contribute to reducing internal errors through proactive strategies
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Perform other duties as required by management
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator via phone, email, and face-to-face
Professional attitude and good business sense
Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal systems
