About the Role



We are seeking a motivated and organised Internal Sales Coordinator to support our B2B sales function. Reporting into our Sales & Operations Manager, this role will be key in managing day-to-day customer interactions, creating quotes, coordinating with the external sales team, and ensuring a smooth sales process from enquiry through to delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in machinery, equipment, or other technical industries, with the ability to build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities:



Act as a primary point of contact for B2B customer enquiries, providing quotations, product information, and order updates. Support external sales representatives by preparing proposals, sales materials, and tender submissions. Generate and process sales quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up. Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, opportunities, and customer information. Liaise with operations, logistics, and aftersales teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment. Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts and distributors. Monitor sales pipeline and provide regular reporting and analysis to the sales manager. Assist with sales campaigns, promotions, and exhibitions when required.

Skills & Experience:



Experience in internal sales, sales coordination, or customer service, ideally in B2B environments involving machinery, equipment, or technical solutions. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify sales opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to supporting the wider sales team.
