Prospec is the Leisure market's leader for lockers and cubicles and we are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to help promote, develop and maintain the sales of our product and services within the leisure and commercial markets.

Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between various departments. This position is essential for driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities



Pro-actively develop leads and enquiries and help increase market share within the Leisure and Commercial markets Book appointments and assist the external Business Development Managers Follow up on all quotations sent to customers and build customer relations Closing deals and contracts Once business is secured, process customers' orders and remain in contact with the customers throughout the process Acquire the necessary product knowledge to present the correct information during a sales call

Qualifications



Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Confident and determined approach A background in customer service or sales is advantageous but not essential. An understanding of market trends and customer needs would be beneficial.
