Job Overview



Due to increased demand in manufacturing and supplying of hydraulic / Industrial hose assemblies along with hydraulic components we are recruiting a highly motivated individual who has prior experience of the product field to come on board and be part of a small professional team.

You will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department by coordinating sales activities, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to analyse data effectively.

Responsibilities



Identify Customer Requirements Identify and create value-added services. Process and manage all enquiries and orders. Create, process and manage Manufacture Orders Manage pressure test certification Maintain stock inventory / Purchasing Work with all departments in the sales and purchasing process (Sales, Engineering, Production Control, and Manufacturing) Ability to establish great rapport with customers and suppliers Provide timely and efficient assistance to customers in resolving problems including product returns and warranty. Stay up to date with product and industry knowledge. Assist in the improvement of departmental processes and efficiency. All other duties as assigned.

Skills



Technical, Fluid Power or Manufacturing experience/ knowledge preferred. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Knowledge of InFlow Inventory preferred (training shall be provided). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field

Pay: 22,880.00-36,900.42 per year
