Working within Homefire Group, an opportunity has arisen for an Internal Accounts Co-ordinator (IAC) within the new business team to join us on a full time, permanent basis.

We are looking for a confident and results-driven individual to join our team. This role involves making proactive outbound sales calls to commercial accounts, including garden centres, farm shops, builders' merchants, and garage forecourts, to name a few. You will work closely with and support external Area Sales Manager's to grow existing business and develop new opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales or telesales environment, with a proven ability to build rapport and close sales over the phone. You must be IT literate, able to think on your feet, and remain, tenacious in a competitive market. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We're looking for someone who is motivated by targets and performance-based incentives, with the ambition to grow within the company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking progression in a fast-paced, customer-focused sales role.

Key Responsibilities:



o Make outbound sales calls to commercial clients across various sectors

o Support the external Area Sales Managers in managing and developing accounts

o Identify new sales opportunities and follow up leads

o Maintain accurate records using CRM and sales systems

o Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge

o Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:



o Previous experience in sales, telesales, or a similar customer-facing role

o IT literate with experience using CRM systems

o Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

o Tenacious, proactive, and able to think quickly and adapt

o A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

o Able to react responsively and in a timely manner to customer enquiries

o Proactively target and develop new business opportunities

o Effectively manage relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.

o 26,707/ year basic salary

OTE earning potential up to 35,783.75/ year (Inclusive of basic salary)
