Internal Sales & Customer Service Representative
Are you a confident communicator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team at GM Supplies and Distribution Ltd.
What You Will Do:
- Handle inbound & outbound sales enquiries and provide product/service information
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Process orders, quotations, and customer requests efficiently
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks
- Ensure excellent service and resolve customer queries effectively
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role (B2B experience desirable)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Good IT skills (experience with SAGE beneficial)
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
