Internal Sales Engineer
to join our dynamic team and help us deliver exceptional service to our customers.
About the Role
As an Internal Sales Engineer, you will be a key point of contact for both new and existing clients. You'll support the growth of the business by managing enquiries, and ensuring customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively manage inbound enquiries and follow up on leads
Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements
Prepare quotations, process orders, and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Checking stock
Liaising with customers on the phone, via email and occasionally on the trade counter
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident with phone-based customer interactions
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
A positive, results-driven attitude
Experience in internal sales, telesales, or a customer-oriented role is desirable but not essential
