Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 16:30pm


We're looking for a motivated Internal Sales & Estimator to join our dynamic team at our Bilston headquarters. This is a key role in supporting sales growth, preparing accurate estimates, and ensuring outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate quotations and estimates for customers. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Identify new business opportunities through research and proactive engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Adhere to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality management standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales or estimating (industry experience preferred but not essential). Strong knowledge of estimating techniques and cost analysis. Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. GCSE-level education or equivalent. Knowledge of HVAC and ventilation products (advantageous). IT proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Email). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ideal Candidate:

Commercially aware with a proactive approach to sales. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimates. Positive attitude and ability to build strong customer relationships.

The Package:
