Role Overview



ABCO Kovex (part of BUNZL Plc) is seeking a proactive and customer focused Internal Sales Executive to join our team in Swords (Dublin) or Armagh (NI). This role involves generating quotations, developing leads, supporting customers, and building strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing accounts. You will play a key role in driving sales growth through excellent communication, product knowledge, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound and inbound calls to existing customers and prospective clients, identifying needs and uncovering new opportunities. Promote awareness of our full product offering and match solutions to customer requirements. Maintain regular contact with customers through structured follow-up to support repeat business. Track and report on sales activity and customer generation trends. Handle objections professionally and effectively during calls. Liaise between customers and field sales representatives to ensure all customer requirements are met. Ensure CRM records are accurate, up to date, and complete. Manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs as agreed with the line manager.

Skills & Experience



Strong, confident telephone communication skills (essential). Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively. Approachable personality with strong customer - service orientation. Previous experience in Customer Service, Administration, or Telesales (minimum 1 year required). Fluent English (required). Leaving Certificate (required).

Additional Information



Applicants must have the right to work in Ireland. Ability to commute to Swords, Co. Dublin is required. Duties may evolve in line with business needs.
