We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales Executive to join our Ireland team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing customer accounts, supporting the external sales team, and driving sales growth across our aluminium and materials portfolio.

You'll handle inbound enquiries, quotations, and order processing, ensuring a high standard of service and responsiveness. Building strong relationships with customers will be key -- understanding their needs, identifying opportunities for added value, and contributing to overall business development.


The ideal candidate will have a commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales and customer service.



Please note this role is based hybrid from either our Dunmurry or Newtownards site.

Key Responsibilities



Key responsibilities:

Supporting the budgeting process of the accounts to meet EBIT/tKVA requirements To continually monitor performance of allocated accounts To make promotional calls To recognise and help develop areas of profitable growth Ensure customer expectations are met, to include but not limited to service, quality & cost Coordination of activities both internal and external to ensure contract deliverables are met Completion of sales quotations Sales order entry into SAP system where required Ensure purchase order requisitions and other documentations/processes are completed in support of material purchasing Work in conjunction with Credit Control on cash collection and credit limits Master data creation and integrity within SAP To ensure all functions are performed in accordance with tk compliance requirements Social Selling and being active in this market place Being part of the Digitalisation process
