Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Sale Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through strategic planning and execution of business development initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and effective negotiation skills to foster long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence. Utilise a CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth. Negotiate contracts with clients ensuring mutual benefit while adhering to company policies. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of services.

Requirements



Proven experience in business development & sales, preferably in a related industry. A knowledge of CRM software, for managing customer relationships effectively. Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to analyse market trends and develop actionable strategies. Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Proficient in project management principles to oversee various initiatives from inception to completion. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour
