Overview:

We are looking for a

high-energy, confident Internal Sales Executive

to join our Chipping Norton office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people and is comfortable on the phone, with the enthusiasm to engage clients and help them find the right finance solutions. You will be provided with warm leads and existing customers to contact - no cold calling required. Full training is given, so no previous sales experience is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Calling existing customers and following up on warm leads. Speaking with clients confidently and professionally over the phone. Understanding customer requirements and guiding them to appropriate finance solutions. Accurately updating and maintaining our CRM system with all interactions. Working collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals.

What we're looking for:

Someone who is highly confident and comfortable speaking to customers over the phone. High-energy, enthusiastic, and motivated to succeed. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organised and able to manage follow-ups efficiently. Driving licence is desirable but not essential.

Hours:

9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, based at our Chipping Norton office.

Pay: 23,000.00-25,000.00 per year
