We're looking for a motivated and proactive

Internal Sales Executive

to join our Commercial team and help drive our growth. You'll play a pivotal role in turning enquiries into opportunities and building long-lasting relationships with customers and suppliers. You're ambitious, energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced, solutions-driven environment. If you've got merchant experience and a knack for turning enquiries into loyal customers, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing:



Handling inbound enquiries and turning them into opportunities. Preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating timely deliveries. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and our external sales team. Stay sharp on product knowledge and monitor industry market trends and competitor activity. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Negotiate deals and close sales to hit and exceed targets. Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress.

We're looking for someone with:



Experience in a merchant environment essential (e.g. plumbing, heating, or building supplies). Proven sales experience in a merchant or related environment. Outstanding communication and customer service skills. A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving. Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
