The Role



We are looking for a motivated and proactive Internal Sales Executive to join our busy Bury branch. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a rapidly expanding company that places its people and customers at the heart of everything we do.

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will support the daily operations of the sales office. Your responsibilities will include handling customer enquiries, processing sales and purchase orders, and ensuring excellent communication with both clients and suppliers. This role requires a hands-on individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to telephone and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Accurately process sales orders, quotations, and purchase orders. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Assist with general office administration and contribute to the smooth running of the branch.
Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates who are proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a growing business. While experience in the HVAC industry, construction-related sales, or trade counter environments is advantageous, we welcome candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, practical mindset, and a willingness to learn.

Desirable Experience (Not Required):

Prior experience in sales or customer service, particularly in technical or trade environments. Familiarity with order processing systems and administrative procedures.

Working Hours



40 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 08:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 08:00 am to 3:30 pm
